Andrés Guardado in an interview with 'Canal Radio Sur' talked about the comparison that's been surfacing around the world in which Diego Lainez' compared with the Barcelona star, Lionel Messi.

According to the Mexican National team captain, whoever's compared with the Argentine comes out losing as there is no comparison with a player such as Messi.

Guardado thinks it's essential to keep Diego Lainez away from all the says about him as instead of helping him it could end up harming him in terms of pressure something that the young player doesn't need right now.

Real Betis midfielder also said that it's logic that the talent Lainez showcases creates expectation over him, but right now what his teammates need to do is go little by little.
