Con la partida de prácticamente la totalidad del equipo, Fnatic ha reconstruido completamente su estructura conservando tan solo a un jugador de la temporada anterior: Martin "Rekkles" Larsson, que ha renovado en la posición de tirador.
Finlay "Quaye" Stewart, mánager del equipo de League of Legends, declaraba recientemente que pretendía crear un equipo completamente europeo y de diez jugadores. La promesa se ha cumplido completándose una alineación formada por Soaz, Amazing, Caps, Rekkles y Jesiz además de los 5 suplentes que formarán un segundo equipo con el objetivo de competir en la Challenger Series.
Ante estos cambios el exentrenador del equipo, Luis "Deilor" Sevilla, ha publicado un tweet en el que declara que el exmedio de Fnatic, Febiven, va a ser muy bueno con su nuevo equipo, H2K, club que ha concluido la pasada temporada alcanzando la semifinal del campeonato mundial. "Otros equipos de la LCS cuentan con muy buenos jugadores y la Challerger Series tiene algunos equipos fuertes. La próxima temporada pinta muy interesante", se puede leer en el tweet de Deilor.

Por otro lado, el valenciano ha comentado en otro mensaje que "Un equipo de 10 personas es un proyecto bien pensado, sólido en un principio y mejor a largo plazo. Han aprendido de los errores de nuestra última temporada".
