The US men's national team started the game with the right foot thanks to Pulisic score that came very early in the match. However, they started losing control of the ball and let the Chileans arrive and then Óscar Opazo made the equalizer for the South Americans just five minutes later.

The alarms sounded for the team coached by Gregg Berhalter as the youngster Christian Pulisic had to leave the game with an injury, the new star of Chelsea that plays for Borussia Dortmund on loan looked devastated as he left the field.

Chile figure out the US side with just 20 minutes in the game and since then pressured the American all they wanted disrupting their possessions, but the team coached by Rueda showcased by that their lack of goal even though they dominated most of the time.

Even though Chile had the control of the game, they couldn't find the space nor the back of the US net as the American defense were the best players on the field and blocked every attempt from Castillo and Vidal.

Berhalter remains unbeaten

Gregg Berhalter lost his winning streak since becoming the United States National team coach, and he will have to make some important improvements in time for the 2019 Gold Cup.
