En la rueda de prensa del All-Star de Barcelona a la que acudió el equipo europeo preguntamos desde Diario AS sobre cuál sería el dream team de los jugadores. La respuesta de Enrique ‘xPeke’ Cedeño fue categórica: “SKT [risas]... Es difícil de saber, hay muchos jugadores que son buenos, pero uno no sabe realmente cómo funcionarían en determinado equipo”. Por su parte, Paul ‘Soaz’ Boyer comentó que “Incluso si coges a los cinco mejores jugadores posibles, es probable que no encajen juntos”, a lo que Marcin ‘Jankos’ Jankowski añadió, “Veo a la nueva alineación de SKT con Peanut… quizás no con Huni, pero sí con Smeb como un dream team. Pero la cosa es que un buen entrenador hace más que cinco grandes jugadores”.

Por otro lado, uno de los corresponsales coreanos contó a Jankos que es uno de los junglas más populares en Corea, siendo considerado uno de los mejores junglas del momento. A lo que el polaco contestó “Eso está… muy bien [risas]. Estoy muy feliz de que la gente a la que tengo como referencia piense que soy bueno. Pero al mismo tiempo creo que tenemos muchos jugadores buenos en Europa, Norteamérica, Corea e incluso China. Para mí consiste en mantenerse en el top y mejorar, no en lo bueno que soy ahora mismo. Es acerca de lo bueno que puedo ser en el futuro, sé que puedo hacer mucho más”.

El exjugador y exentrenador profesional de League of Legends William "Scarra" Li consultó a los jugadores acerca de cuál creen que es la cosa más importante para desarrollar el talento de jóvenes jugadores.

- Soaz: “Creo que un buen personal de entrenamiento ayudaría a que los jugadores engreídos desaparezcan. Es realmente importante contar con gente que es capaz de hacer que sean más maduros, porque ellos no tienen una experiencia de aprendizaje normal, ellos se han saltado esa parte. A veces es difícil. Creo que una buena estructura y personal de entrenamiento debería ayudarles”

- Rekkles: “En la situación actual de Fnatic con Caps, quien acaba de cumplir 17 años, es obviamente difícil para él salir de casa y empezar una nueva vida. Pero tener jugadores como yo, Soaz y Amazing le va a ayudar. Por ejemplo, sé por experiencia propia que Peke, Soaz, nRated y Cyanide en el pasado me ayudaron muchísimo a formarme como jugador, mucho más rápido que otros quizás”

Por su parte, He Cao, reportera coreana para Tuwan.com, preguntó a xPeke en español acerca de cómo ve su nivel en comparación con Faker. A lo que el murciano contestó: “Creo que Faker es muy bueno, de los mejores del mundo. Ha habido veces que no, ha habido veces que sí, pero yo creo que es muy bueno y a lo mejor en mi mejor nivel le puedo hacer cara. Es muy difícil saber si individualmente alguna vez he sido mejor o no, pero en lo que es en equipo el siempre ha estado un paso por encima”.

The ex-professional player William "Scarra" Li asked the players about what do they think is the most important thing to develop talent.

- Soaz: “I think that obviously good coaching staff is gonna help cocky players to disappear. It is really important that you have people that is gonna be able to help them be more mature, because they don't have this normal learning experience. They just have skipped this part. It is sometimes tough. I think that a good structure and coaching staff should help them”.

- Rekkles: “In the situation of Fnatic right now with Caps who just turned 17. Obviously is tough for him to move from home and start a new life. But having players like myself, Soaz, Amazing is going to definitely help him. Per example I know from myself that Peke, nRated, Soaz and Cyanide back in the day helped me a lot to develop as a player much more quickly than others maybe”

Lastly, He Cao, Korean reported for Tuwan.com, asked xPeke in spanish about how does he see his level compared to Faker. To which Peke answered: “I think that Faker is very good, one of the best of the world. There has been some times that he wasn’t, but there were some times that he was, but I think that he is great and that maybe at my highest level I can face him. It is very difficult to know if I was ever better than him or not, but regarding the team he has always been a step ahead”.
