Mohamed Salah took the 2017/18 Puskás Award at FIFA's The Best Ceremony in London on Monday everning. [Please note the video of the goal is only available in certain regions, sorry if it doesn't play where you are.]
The Egyptian striker received the award from musician and Manchester City fan Noel Gallagher and striker Didier Drogba, after his goal against Everton was voted in ahead of the other contending strikes, including the highly fancied overhead kicks from Cristiano Ronaldo against Juventus and Gareth Bale against Liverpool, both in the Champions League.
The Puskás Award is decided by a fan vote, who choose the best goal out of a shortlist of 10 picked by FIFA legends.
