Club America has been getting the benefits from their youth players, though they're not a team that holds to young players, when they focus on one and give him continuity he ends up in European football.

The most recent player to part to Europe from the Mexico City club is Diego Lainez, but the list could grow as PSV is tracking down defender Edson Álvarez.

Dutch journalist Rik Elfrink said to ESPN that Álvarez is a possibility but not a concrete thing, although he's a prospect for next year.

If given, Edson Álvarez would join the Americanist that emigrated to the Old Continent such as Guillermo Ocho, Diego Reyes, Raúl Jiménez and Diego Lainez who is currently living his first season with Real Betis.

Rodolfo Pizarro moves away from Europe

Rodolfo Pizarro boasted a level that put him as a quality piece to venture in Europe while he was in Chivas, but since he arrived in Monterrey, his low performance has made PSV lose interest.

Rik Elfrink mentions: "Pizarro is a player that years ago as I understood was an option, but now they (PSV) have another striker."
