Gareth Bale shone for Wales once again as they got their World Cup qualifying campaign off to a flyer with a 4-0 win over Moldova in Cardiff. The Real Madrid forward scored twice and provided a magnificent assist for Sam Vokes' opener.

Following his impressive performances at Euro 2016, where Wales reached the semi-finals, Bale was clear on what the country expects: to qualify for Wales' first World Cup finals since 1958.
