Conor McGregor arrested in Miami for destroying a fan phone
Miami Beach police arrested the UFC fighter for destroying the phone of one of his followers after the fan took pictures insistently.
While on vacation in Florida, UFC Irish Fighter Connor McGregor didn't imagine he would end up arrested by the Miami Beach police, this because the UFC lightweight and featherweight champion destroyed the phone of a fan.
According to the agents that arrest McGregor, the UFC fighter broke the cell phone of the man that repeatedly took pictures and recorded him outside the hotel the Irish was staying.
Conor McGregor was arrested around 5 a.m. on Monday and charged with Strong Arm Robbery and Criminal Mischief as showed in the statement from the police, though no further information was provided. McGregor took the victims phone threw it to the floor stepped on it causing damage before took the device and leaving with it.
The victim reported the incident to the authorities and hours later Conor McGregor was arrested, gave his statement before granting him a $12,500 bail.
Recent problems with the police
Just on Sunday, March 10, McGregor finished his community service in New York, besides attending an anger management course for a day, this after having launched a wagon to a truck where other Ultimate Fighting Championship fighters were.
