A medida que avanzas en el juego y ganas nivel iras adquiriendo skills points con los cuales podras aumentar un criterio especifico en cada personaje. Cada miembro de tu equipo tiene 6 criterios los cuales podras desarrollar para ir adquiriendo toda clase de habilidades. Estos criterios se basan en las armas que el personaje pueda equipar o en su naturaleza innata.
