Cristiano Ronaldo made sure he was able to bid farewell to Gianluigi Buffon personally after what could well be the Italian goalkeeper's final game in the Champions League. The Real Madrid striker, who blasted home a stoppage-time penalty against substitute keeper Wojciech Szczęsny, stopped as Gigi was talking to reporters in the Mixed Zone, to give the keeper a hug after Wednesday's quarter final. Excusing himself from interrupting, Cristiano gave Buffon a hug and repeated "Ciao" (bye) before wishing him all the best. Nice gesture from the Madrid No.7 for one of the legends of the game.
