Ref...? official gives penalty for handball against keeper
Turkey's Uefa Elite match official Cüneyt Çakir won't want to watch too many replays of this howler during a league match last weekend.
Cüneyt Çakir may have been reluctant to award a penalty to Barcelona in the 2014-15 Champions League final for a handball in the Juventus area but he had no such compunction in a Turkish Super Lig game at the weekend.
The referee, who has handled many big games and made many important decisions had no hesitation in awarding a penalty for handball during a goal mouth mélée as Rizespor lost at home 0-1 to Osmanlispor.
