Luis Enrique: "Barcelona deserve the title"

Following Barcelona’s comprehensive 5-0 win over Espanyol, first team boss Luis Enrique expressed his belief that his team deserves to win the La Liga title.

The azulgranas travel to take on Granada on Saturday and will be looking to take maximum points to stave off a later surge from Real Madrid, who trail them by one point.

“We feel invigorated now from the score and how we got it. The Barcelona fans really enjoyed our last game [of the season] at the Camp Nou. Now we just need to finish things off against Granada. We are going to try to win, just as we have done all season. It’s a title we deserve because we’ve been league leaders for a long time”, the Barcelona manager stated during his post-match press conference.
