Itoje in the dark over World Cup non-selection

England forward Maro Itoje says he is unsure why former head coach Stuart Lancaster chose not to select him for the 2015 Rugby World Cup, after putting in a man of the match display in his side's 25-21 Six Nations win over Wales.
