El jugador del Athletic y el del Mallorca no podrán disputar la siguiente jornada por acumulación de amonestaciones.
El Comité de Competición de la Real Federación Española de Fútbol ha sancionado con un partido de suspensión a Orbaiz (Athletic) y Ballesteros (Mallorca), por acumulación de amonestaciones, a Maxi (Espanyol), por doble amonestación y consiguiente expulsión, y a Battaglia (Villarreal), en aplicación del artículo 137.h) de los Estatutos federativos.
