Steph Curry humbled after becoming NBA's first unanimous MVP

The sharpest shooter in modern basketball, Stephen Curry, became the first unanimous MVP in NBA history on Tuesday.

The baby-faced assassin received all 131 first place votes to scoop the prize after averaging an staggering 30.1 points, 5.4 rebounds, 6.7 assists and 2.1 steals this season.

“I looked at the list of everyone who has won the NBA MVP award in the past. It’s full of legends. Guys who are household names now and whose names jump off the page. So to be the first unanimous MVP is something I don’t even know how to put into words. I don’t really know what to say, it’s a huge honour and something I love to do. I’ve been blessed to have the talent to do what I want to do. You never know how things are going to unfold. You just need that faith and drive. Thank you all for voting for me”.
