La ceremonia de premiación de videojuegos Golden Joystick Awards 2021 ha dado a conocer su lista completa de nominados en todas las categorías. Los prestigiosos galardones británicos celebrarán la que será su 39.ª gala (39th Annual Golden Joystick Awards) el próximo 23 de noviembre de forma totalmente digital; mientras que las votaciones estarán disponibles hasta el 5 de noviembre. Cualquier usuario puede votar en línea hasta el 5 de noviembre.
Qué juegos están nominados a GOTY en los Golden Joystick Awards 2021
Cualquier videojuego publicado entre el 20 de noviembre de 2020 y el 19 de octubre de 2021 es elegible para su votación. La organización, presentada por GamesRadar, ha revelado la lista completa de nominados este martes para todas las categorías. Dichos nominados se han elegido por un panel de miembros de PC Gamer, EDGE, Retro Gamer, Play Magazine y Future Games Show.
El premio de mayor prestigio, el Game of the Year (GOTY), cuenta con diez contendientes para llevarse ese reconocimiento: Deathloop, Psychonauts 2, Resident Evil Village, Ratchet and Clank: Una Dimensión Aparte, Wildermyth, Hitman 3, The Forgotten City, It Takes Two, Metroid Dread y Mass Effect Legendary Edition.

Deathloop, desarrollado por Arkane Studios y editado por Bethesda para PC, PlayStation 5 y Xbox Series, es un título de acción first person shooter en la que dos asesinos rivales se ven atrapados en un bucle temporal en la misteriosa isla de Blackreef, condenados a repetir una y otra vez el mismo día.
