Cristiano marks 350th appearance for Real Madrid

Cristiano Ronaldo made his 350th appearance for Real Madrid on Wednesday night in the come-from-behind win over his former club Sporting Lisbon. After the match he marked the occasion with President Florentino Pérez, who presented him with a commemorative shirt.

I always want to help, says Ronaldo

“It was an important goal because the match was almost over,” he said. “I hope that I can continue to contribute at Real Madrid with goals and good performance. I always want to help.”

Prolific in front of goal

Cristiano joined Real Madrid from Manchester United in 2009 and since then has been prolific in front of goal. Yesterday’s strike takes his overall goals tally in a Madrid shirt to 367: 237 in LaLiga, 76 in the Champions League, 28 in the Copa del Rey, 6 in the Spanish Super Cup, 2 in the World Club Cup and 1 in the European Super Cup.
