Real Madrid's road to Milan

Milan's San Siro stadium is the setting for the final of the 2015/16 Champions League final.

Real Madrid's campaign started in mid September and the Spanish giants have been convincing on their way to the final, with the exception of Wolfsburg away in the quarter final.
