Bulut: “Arda wants to leave and is keen to play in England”
Ahmet Bulut, the Turkish player’s representative, explained that it has always been a dream of his to play in England.
Arda Turan has being weighing up his future with his agent and has decided on a change. AS contacted his representative, Ahmet Bulut, yesterday and he confirmed without any hesitation on what Arda was thinking. “He is planning on leaving Spain this summer. He would like to play in the Premier League, this is the path he would like to see his career take”, explained Bulut who admitted that, “his departure from Atlético won’t be easy due to his 41 million euro buy-out clause”. Bulut confirmed that his in conversation with leading English clubs. “I’m in discussion with three clubs, but i can’t reveal their names, they are three of the best clubs in England and indeed in Europe”, Bulut frankly admitted.
Milán & PSG. The Turkish agent also commented on the story reported by AS on June 15, regarding an offer from AC Milan. “Yes, it’s true, both Milan and PSG are interested in Arda. The interest from Milan won’t advance as they are not involved in next season’s Champions League. PSG is a possibility, but Arda has always been keen to play football in England”, added the agent. Arda’s contract with Alético runs through to 2017 but the next 15 days will see intense negotiation to resolve his future. Since the end of the season Atlético have been working with the possibility of not having the Turkish player in their 2015-16 squad and are prepared to listen to exclusively exceptional offers for the player.
