Luis Enrique fully focused on Barça’s training sessions
Two cameras followed the team’s movements at St George’s Park yesterday; three cameras recorded today’s sessions.
FC Barcelona completed their second training session at St George’s Park on Tuesday morning. The players warmed up with stretching, jogging and a few rounds of piggy in the middle after which, the remainder of the session was conducted away from the prying eyes of the press. Luis Enrique is keen for the work being done during these first few sessions in England to remain private and for any tactical or strategic plans not to be leaked out of the dressing room. Even the presence of around 100 accredited reporters couldn’t persuade the Barça coach to change his mind.
In total, 25 players took part in the morning workout – the first of two sessions programmed for Tuesday. Luis Enrique is eager to closely monitor all aspects of the workout and set up two video cameras to record Monday’s session. This morning, three cameras were installed – two on the sides of the pitch and one perched on top of scaffolding to record events from above.
