Carvajal and Isco included in Spain u-21 squad for Euro 2013

Julen Lopetegui has announced his squad for the tournament, which includes Leverkusen's Dani Carvajal and Zaragoza's Álvaro González.

Spain’s under-21 coach Julen Lopetegui has published his squad for the upcoming European Championships in Israel, taking place between 5 and 18 June.

The two newcomers are the Bayer Leverkusen and former Real Madrid full-back Dani Carvajal and Zaragoza centre-back Álvaro González, who have displaced Carles Planas (Barcelona) and Jordi Amat (Rayo Vallecano). The players will meet up for training on 27 May before travelling to Israel on 3 June. Malaga’s midfield starlet and Real Madrid target Isco is also in the squad.

Goalkeepers: De Gea (Manchester United), Joel (Wigan), Mariño (Villarreal).

Defenders: Nacho (Real Madrid), Montoya, Bartra y Muniesa (FC Barcelona), Íñigo Martínez (Real Sociedad), Alberto (Sevilla), Carvajal (Leverkusen) Álvaro González (Zaragoza).

Midfielders: Koke (Atlético), Illarramendi (Real Sociedad), Thiago (Barcelona), Isco, Camacho (Málaga), Muniain (Athletic), Sarabia (Getafe) Canales (Valencia).

Forwards: Morata (Real Madrid), Tello (FC Barcelona), Rodrigo (Benfica), Álvaro Vázquez (Getafe).
