The FA Cup, the world's oldest football knock-out competition, had another equally lengthy record going into the fifth round ties on Saturday.

No non-league side had reached the last eight since QPR in 1914 until Lincoln City, of the fifth tier national league, beat Premier League side Burnely at the latter's Turf Moor stadium.

Sean Raggett scored the winner in the 90th minute to continue a quite extraordinary cup run for the part-timers.
