After the scenes of violence that marred Euro 2016 in Marseille, where England and Russia fans clashed in street battles, the spotlight is firmly on security at the 2018 World Cup.

On Friday a chilling interview with a Russian ultra emerged during which he made no secret of the fact that attacks would be carried out, particularly on England fans.

When asked if he thought people would be injured, he simply laughed and replied: "Let them come over here and find out."

He added that it was "100 percent guaranteed" that there would be trouble at the World Cup.
