“To win this final we'll need courage and personality", said Carlo Ancelotti in his pre-match press conference before the final of the Copa del Rey, that his side will face Barcelona in.

Line-up: "I've decided it, but I'm not going to say it".

Cristiano: “I found out this morning he won't be able to play, but I'm confident in the side, who always react well to injuries. We're losing a player of incredible quality, but his injury has motivated us and will make us run more and play more together. To play Cristiano would be a risk. He will work tomorrow and then travel to Valencia".

The league Clásico: “We aren't thinking about just stopping the opposition, we want to win with our own identity. We have been playing a certain way for a year and we want to continue in the same way. At the Bernabéu we played well, we were winning and then we made errors. We have to be focused for the whole game"

Barcelona: “They attack well and control the ball, even in the last few games. We must have this control and be efficient in possession. For this we need courage and personality, the most important things for a final".

Practicing penalties: “We only did it for five minutes today. The problem with penalties in a final is that it is mind over technique. The training pitch is a lot different than that of a stadium".

Messi: "The best way of defending is to be tight".

Obliged to win: "Of course, that's the norm when you play in a final. Hopefully we'll be the better side".

Copa: “It's an important competition, on the same level as the FA Cup in England, and more so if we play against Barcelona, the club's historic rival. It's the first trophy we can win".

The squad: “If I had to play for something important in football, I'd do it with Madrid. I have a lot of confidence in this side".
