Cristiano Ronaldo has insisted that he would be happy to play under ex-Real Madrid coach José Mourinho again in the future.
Discussing his relationship with Mourinho, the Madrid man told Portuguese newspaper ‘A Bola’: “I would work with him again, just as I would with other coaches I’ve had, such as [Sir Alex] Ferguson, [Laszlo] Boloni or [Manuel] Pellegrini.
“They’re coaches I learned a lot from, and I have very good memories of them. They gave me the opportunity to develop as a person and as a player.”
He continued: “Forgive Mourinho? I forgive everyone. We never had a confrontation and you won’t hear me speak ill of anyone. That’s how I've always been and how I'll continue to be. I’m not angry with anyone.
“All I want is to be successful and, if I have people around me at my level, then so much the better.”
