Cesc Fábregas believes the Barcelona team contains "the best player in the world, the second best and the third best".

Speaking to 'Barça TV' ahead of the Catalan club's Copa del Rey semi-final second leg clash with Real Madrid on Tuesday, the midfielder talked up the quality of the team's individual players, but also stressed that "the fans know the team is united, and they value that a lot".

Change in attitude of Barcelona supporters: "The attitude of the fans that week we lost to Chelsea and Barcelona [in April 2012] was spectacular. Speaking as a Barcelona fan myself, I had never seen that before. This team has changed the attitude of supporters, and they haven't done that by spending money. Of course, we have the best, second best and third best players in the world, and the fans love that, but they can also see that the team is united, and they value that a lot."

Semi-final first leg: "We had several chances to make it 2-0 at the Bernabéu before they scored. The team put in a tremendous effort. We worked well together, and were comfortable for most of the game, but it's true that in the first 15 minutes we found it difficult to get into the game. We have to be as effective as possible in the second leg, because Madrid are a very effective team. We must take our chances in front of goal if we want to get to the final."

Attitude for the second leg: "It's vital to score, and not wait and see what happens. In the last few Clásicos at the Camp Nou we've gone out waiting for things to happen. Last year [in the quarter finals of the Copa del Rey vs Madrid] we had a very good result but then we were on the brink of going out. Madrid are a very dangerous team and we will have to produce the best football we can if we want to get through."

Doing the talking on the pitch: "We aren't the type of team that complains to the press about things. There are some things that should be said, but we have always believed in keeping quiet and doing the talking out on the pitch. Messi is the best at doing that. He never speaks much in mixed zones or at press conferences, but he does all the talking on the pitch. He is a strong person, both physically and mentally. All he wants to do is play football, enjoy himself and, above, all, win."
