Pep Guardiola will be reunited with his former players in the summer after Barcelona and Bayern Munich
agreed to play a friendly on 24 July at the Allianz Arena, the German outfit's stadium.
The two clubs arranged the game during the European Clubs Assembly which is taking place this week in Doha, Qatar.
The game will be played as part of the 'Uli Hoeness cup' in tribute to the Bayern Munich player and current president of the club, with all proceeds from ticket sales going to charity.
Guardiola was announced as the new coach of the German league leaders in January and will take over from Jupp Heynckes on 1 July.
Barça and Bayern faced each other in a friendly in 2011 in the Audi Cup, which Guardiola's Barcelona won 2-0 thanks to a double by Thiago Alcántara.
