Radamel Falcao García, Neymar and Miroslav Stoch were announced today in Sao Paulo as finalists for the Puskás award, given by FIFA to the scorer of the year's best goal.
Falcao's entry is a bicycle kick scored on the 19th May in a friendly match in Colombia between his club, Atlético Madrid and Cali's América.
Last year's winner of the award which pays homage to the Hungarian Ferenc Puskás (1927 -2006), Neymar, returns again this time around with a strike netted on the 7th March in a Brazilian league match between Internacional and Santos. It features his trademark brilliant dribbling.
Stoch's contribution is a goal from earlier this year in the Turkish league, in a match between his club Fenerbahçe and Gençlerbirligi. The winners in all categories of FIFA's and France Football's awards will be known at a gala ceremony on the 7th January in Zurich, Switzerland.
